Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Surveying / Real Estate or related disciplines.
• Qualified Surveyor in General Practice (HKIS / RICS).
• At least 1-2 years working experience in valuation and land matter.
• Ability to work independently with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skill.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Handling enquiries with client
• Prepare feasibility studies and site appraisals for property acquisition and development
• Perform valuations for different types of properties for various purposes
• Handling land administrative matters and planning application.
• Participate in market research projects.
