Job Description
Reporting to Assistant Development Manager, the incumbent will provide support for fundraising events.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in handling material preparation and logistic arrangement for fundraising events (i.e. Kid-Sight Carnival, Walk for Sight and Moonwalkers campaign)
- Provide daily project administrative work
- Communicate and work closely with both internal departments and external parties including suppliers, contractors and volunteer groups
- Provide logistical support for booth sales & raffle fulfilment
- Help and ensure events and sales activities running smoothly
- Assist in sourcing and preparing event-related material production
- Coordinate pre-event, on-site and post event work
- Provide assistance in ad hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably university graduate
- Experience in project / event management, sales and marketing or related field preferred
- Proactive and responsible
- Ability to coordinate with different levels of people
- Cheerful, outgoing and positive attitude
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Capabilities to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in Chinese and English
- Good presentation skills and telephone manner
- Hands-on PC skills in MS Word and Excel
