Responsibilities:

• Develop impact and effective Event marketing & PR activities both ATL & BTL, public relations, events strategies to achieving clients objectives.
• Responsible for development and organize a running event, gala dinner, seminar and annual dinner.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with the local media; develop PR ambition to produce PR impacts and exposure.
• Good knowledge of digital media to provide innovative, creative and reliable digital solutions in Google Analytics, GDN and Facebook marketing is an advantage.
• Handle client liaison, budget control and scheduling
• Those with less experience will be considered for the post of PR & Event Marketing Executive.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder / Higher Diploma in PR/Communications/Marketing or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant experience in PR & Event Marketing functions
• Strong written, spoken and translation skills in both Chinese and English as well as Putonghua
• Knowledge in purchasing and sourcing
• Proficient in MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a MUST
• Self-motivation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
