Job Duties:

• Initiate the development and implementation of group marketing and communications plans and manage the digital marketing strategies through online channels including websites, eCommerce, CRM, social media, mobile application & online advertising.
• Prepare press release, speeches and publicity collateral, and assist in brand development and advertising.
• Assist in project planning, ROI measurement, budget control, promotional campaign and event management.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors and production house for producing promotional material and various marketing initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage, maintain medial database and liaise with external partners and vendors including PR agencies and production house.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in marketing communications, public relations or PR agencies, preferably in hotel or catering industry.
• A passionate, innovative and detail-minded person who is determined to succeed and with a can-do attitude.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience in MAC, Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
• Excellent copy writing, project management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
