Mission:

The Publication & Communication Content Specialist guides communication analysis, design, planning and execution for the IT function, develops communication perspectives, policies and strategy to increase employee awareness and promotes productivity and collaboration. The job holder will also develop and administer surveys and poll to employees to garner feedback when required. The communications specialist partners with zones/domains, stakeholders to build a streamlined communication plan and publication.

Key responsibilities:

The publication & communication content specialist will be the designer for executive dashboards, reports and communication. The specialist should familiar with social media marketing, content management, Yammer, Teams, marketing processes and strategy, designing surveys and polls to garner responses and feedback. The role will also be responsible for framing the information for publication, participation, drive adoption with content materials and campaign media such as videos, news, email communication.

Requirement:

•        Over three years of experience in a communications background

•        Familiarity with IT preferred

•        Familiar with social media marketing, marketing process and strategy

•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels of stakeholders

•        Ability to convey information in a relevant format to a wide variety of audiences

•        Understanding of executive and management issues

•        Sensitive to the requirements and interests of others and skilled in translating these needs into a coherent and practical communications program

•        Ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing requirements

•        Influences decision-makers to support the need for communication through use of correct tone, style, and arguments

•        Strong communications and interpersonal skills

•        Good knowledge and skills on videos, infrastructure and editorial

•        Ability to work across organizations to obtain information and drive for results

•        Competent Microsoft Office user with good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint

•        Ability to interact with people at all levels
