Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple outsourced mailing services projects including resources estimation, project timeline liaison, progress/3rd party cost monitoring and problem resolution
- Manage vendors including quotation/delivery schedule liaison, quality assurance and problem resolution
- Create process models, workflows and charts to provide direction to operations staff
- Review practices and procedures for continuous improvement of requirement/production processes
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Engineering/Science subjects
- Quick learner with strong self-motivation and good analytical skills
- Good communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- At least 5 years of sound management experience
- Relevant working experience in statement mailing operations in credit card/banking business an advantage
