Responsibilities:

• Support and assist  in the planning and execution of the marketing and advertising campaigns
• Render quality works in copywriting and translation  for marketing materials including press releases, invitations and catalogues
• Foster close working relationship with journalists and editors of international and local media
• Create and develop contents for social media channels and ensure they are updated accordingly and timely
• Conduct market researches and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities
• Logistic support fordifferent events and campaigns
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Handle general clients’ enquiries when necessary during the auction seasons

Requirements:

• 3 years or above of work experience in press and marketing field
• Experience in translation, copyediting or copywriting will be an advantage, preferably from the field of art
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Experience in handling different social media accounts
• Multi-tasking skills, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines;
• Travel required when necessary
