Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administration support to sales and marketing team
• Assist in implementation of marketing strategies and sales campaigns
• Prepare sales and marketing collaterals & responsible for online sales activities
• Compile sales related reports & update advertising and promotion expenditure records
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain CRM program
• Liaise with production house and agencies on advertising and visual display arrangement
• Coordinate exhibition and promotion activities
• Conduct market research and analysis on assigned product portfolio
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in retail industry
• Proficient in computer skills, particular Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-organized, detail-oriented with multi-tasks and willing to learn
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and outgoing personalities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
