Role & Responsibilities:

• Formulate & implement all above-the-line and below-the-line marketing plan including advertising, media planning, PR, retail promotion, CRM, social media, in-store communication, joint partnership for the Hong Kong & Macau market to achieve brand and sales objectives
• Monitor the brand social media platform and explore business opportunities through social media
• Explore, manage and evaluate digital marketing channels which are suitable for our brands position and market segments
• Communicate with internal & external parties to drive both all kind of marketing initiatives and digital plans, and analyze effectiveness and ROI according to sales performance
• Manage the daily operations of marketing team and work closely with VM team to ensure a smooth execution of in-store promotion and marketing activities
• Monitor daily metrics, KPIs, and perform insights analysis with actionable improvement plan and optimization
• Monitor competitors and market trends for the best practices by conducting market research and analysis report

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business and marketing discipline
• At least 8 years' solid marketing experience in fashion retail
• Hands-on experience in retail marketing and managing social media and digital content and analytics
• Able to work independently with strong analytical, organizational and implementation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
