Job Highlights : 

- Build and develop new NGO / charitable organisation client relationships to promote Innovairre’s fundraising agency services.
- Manage the full sale cycle of Innovairre's fundraising agency service, including the initial customer contact, proposal development and assist clients with strategic fundraising consultation and analysis.  

Essential Functions and Responsibilities 

Business Development: 

• Conducts presentation and client visits 
• Conducts professional and informative sales presentations 
• Builds and maintains client relationships to meet and exceed sales goals 
• Develops and maintains a pipeline of opportunities

Fundraising Agency Management: 

• Works closely with clients in strategizing their fundraising targets, and programme timeline
• Develops suitable fundraising programme with reasonable financial targets
• Manage and lead the agency team across multiple locations in developing creative or copy-writing for client's fundraising programme
• Responsible for providing strategic consultation and analysis for clients across the full sale cycle of Innovairre's fundraising agency service

Operations: 

• Coordinates with operations teams in the execution of client's fundraising programme
• Prepares client’s RFP and coordinates all information required to submit the proposal 
  Position Qualifications 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• University Degree and 4 years of related experience in fundraising with a non-profit or charitable organisations
• Experience in Direct Mail and Face-to-Face Fundraising will be an advantage
• Travel to Mainland China (Namely Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing) for client visit is necessary
• Strong command in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Customer Service and detail oriented 
• Ability to work independently 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Travelling to China is required
