Job Duties

• Plans and co-ordinates projects with internal marketing team

• Coordinates with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, venue and site staff to ensure the operation plan and schedule with well and smooth completion
  
• Follow up project with client and internal marketing team
  
• On-site monitors the setup and dismantling and acts as a contact point to ensure the project runs effectively and efficiently

Job Requirement

• Degree or above

• Minimum 4-6 years experience of project management, include promotion planning and execution

• Good communication and presentation skills is needed, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  
• Able to work with tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility

• Must be a team player, self initiative & motivated, strong sense of responsibility

• Can do attitude is advantage to the role
