Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing and implementing of brand building activities of the bank
- Manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand
- Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops strategies for assigned brand based on research and analysis
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement bank strategies
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets and timelines
- Coordinates and manages external stakeholders, and support relevant teams to ensure a consistent brand message is communicated
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines, with 4 years or above relevant experience in the related area as an individual contributor. With relevant experience in banks, financial institutions, government, universities or public utilities
- Proficiency in written Chinese and English
- Strong in events management
- Detail-minded and with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
