Responsibilities:

• Drive platform visit frequency via CRM program.
• Drive conversion rate via data management.
• Enhance platform loyalty.
• Provide insights after data analysis to sharpen product offerings and business development. 
• Drive UXUI of digital platforms in PRC and HK.
• Work with product team to create seamless online experience.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years social and digital marketing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill as well as presentation skill.
• A self-starter with strong business sense, roll-up-sleeves type.
• Fluent English and Chinese, include Putonghua.
