Duties :

• Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner in both online and offline platform
• Maintain accurate records on all inquiries & customer feedback cases
• Work with teams to prepare marketing communications and correspondences
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management 

Requirements :

• Higher diploma or above
• 1 year related customer service experience gained in F&B industry is preferred;
• Energetic, well-organized and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
