Job Duties:

•     Act as project leader/team member to manage and execute clients’ projects,  and provide professional advice to clients
•     Formulate and implement strategic marketing and communications plan to meet clients’ objectives and achieve target results
•     Develop and strengthen relationship with key clients & media
•     Work effectively with senior and junior team members, as well as other departments, overseas offices and external parties
•     Co-ordinate marketing activities and liaise with marketing partners when required
•     Identify unique media angles for Clients’ projects to maximize publicity
•     Draft/edit bilingual press and communications materials, both online and offline
•     Establish regular dialogues with target media to create opportunities for press coverage
•     Plan, organize and manage PR events for clients
•     Manage project schedule and budget
•     Prepare clippings monitoring, quotations, reports and proposals.

Requirements:

•     A degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or related disciplines;
•     A minimum of 5 years public relations, communications or marketing experience;
•     Strong media network (regional and China media network will be an advantage);
•     Experience with event management;
•     Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and client service skills;
•     Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese;
•     Computer literate, well-versed in Chinese Word, Excel and PowerPoint processing;
•     Fluent English and Cantonese is a must. Mandarin will be an advantage;
•     Self-motivated, creative, energetic, result-oriented and able to work independently;
•     Willing to work overtime and under pressure;
•     Budget and figure sensitive. Analytical and strategic mindset will be highly preferred;
•     Mature personality and act as a team player.
