Job Duties:

• File document, CDs, press releases, catalogues, photos etc
• Organizing, receiving, sending, samples to/from press
• Book models, hair stylists, make-up artists for shows/ shootings
• Keep the clipping records of each client / project
• Post / courier press releases to press
• Fax and Post invitations to press before events
• Book catering / venues and check their prices for events
• Library of advertising rates and update the advertising rates

Requirements:

• University degree / Diploma holder in communications, PR, marketing, media or languages preferred
• Outgoing personality, detail-oriented and good communication skills
• Well-organized, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of digital media and social networking sites
• Good command of spoken and written English is a must
• Good command of Chinese and Mandarin is preferable
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft office and Photoshop, web application is preferable
• Occasional travelling to PRC may necessary for potential candidates
• Relevant working experience either public relation or social media  
• Immediate available preferred
