                                   Product Marketing Executive

for high-end hospitality and residential projects

Role:

Product Knowledge Management, Supplier Relationship Management and Customer Account Management

Duties:

• Research into and to keep up-to-date with the latest trend and development of FABRIC for high-end hospitality and residential projects.

• Establish and maintain a database of products, product characteristics and price lists.

• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure timely delivery, complaints follow-up and customer satisfaction.

• Product presentation to major customers.

• Provide information and assist Sales team in product offering and costing.

• Communicate and maintain close working relationship with Suppliers.

• Sample Book Management.

• Sourcing for special product and local sewing service if necessary.

• Manage a group of customer account.

• Influence and engage regional management on customer focused strategies.

   

  Requirements:

• Form 7 or above

• 2 years working experience of fabrics, preferable in hospitality and residential sales.

• Creative and innovative, aesthetically and artistically inclined

• Good business and common sense

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skill

• A strong team player

• Inquisitive, reliable, self-motivated, pleasant, meticulous and articulate

• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both spoken and written
