Job Description
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to Trade Marketing Manager, in a young, vibrant and international working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor distribution strategies and marketing activities by brand for all different optical channels across Asia;
- Implement and control an effective Trade Marketing action plan in line with the brands’ strategy within agreed budget and guidelines, tracking results and evaluating ROI;
- Guarantee effective training to internal and external staff, sharing brand vision and strategy;
- Translate collaterals for point of sales materials and training usage;
- Visit relevant APAC markets, supporting local teams in the execution of the marketing activities while ensuring high quality executions and share of space;
- Attend relevant Customers Meetings and Buying Days to support with product presentations;
- Assist with new assignments as necessary to meet business goals;
- Competitors monitoring and analysis;
- Travelling across the APAC region is required.
Key Requirements
- University Degree with minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in luxury fashion/ accessory/ eyewear industry;
- Excellent presentation, communication & team working skills;
- Proactive, organized and self-motivated;
- Detail-minded, analytical, and energetic with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin is required; Japanese and Korean are a plus
- Proficient excel and PowerPoint skills;
- SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Immediate availability is preferred.
