We are looking for a Market/Account Manager who would be available immediately.

Under the supervision of the SVP – Sales & Business Development and in close cooperation with all the Market Managers, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

-          Check the database to ensure the accuracy and the consistency with our methodology

-          Liaise and coordinate with the Market Managers for global projects

-          Answer clients’ questions regarding the methodology, the data and the visuals available on our platform

-          Deliver trainings to the clients (face-to-face / online / via emails)

-          Create and update the documents for clients (e.g. methodology, user guide in Chinese, etc.)

-          Assist the SVP – Sales & Business Development and the Media Analyst in preparing analysis (e.g. answer methodology questions, check the database, look for visuals from our platform, attend live presentations at clients’ office in Hong Kong and Shanghai)

IDEAL PROFILE:

Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Simplified + Traditional).

Fluent in written and spoken English.

French or Italian can also be a plus.

Computer savvy (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).

Fast-learner, autonomous, curious and eager to learn.

Interested in news on fashion, beauty, watches and jewellery.
