  • Manage and facilitate the demo loan system in Asia
  • Produce collaterals and provide on-site support to different marketing events including tradeshows, conferences, technical training etc.

  • Pack and ship different MarCom materials to support all MarCom activities within the Asia Pacific region

  • Manage and maintain the MarCom inventory

   Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support to different marketing events including on-site support
  • Produce monthly ad reports and Google tracking links to support the data analytics and market intelligence for regional and corporate MarCom and BUs
  • Pack and ship various materials, including product demos, giveaways, banners, collaterals etc. to support all MarCom activities within the Asia Pacific region
  • Handle payment documentation and invoice settlement

           Job Requirements 

• Diploma with three years of working experience or university graduate with one year of working experience in sizable organization.  Regional exposure will be an advantage.
• Prior working experience in shipping and logistics will be an advantage.
• Organized, meticulous, good logical and common sense.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin.
• Hands-on MS Office skills and Chinese word processing.
• Willing to learn, results-oriented and be able to work in a fast-pace working environment.
