Responsibilities:

• Account serving and project management on digital marketing, website and mobile app development
• Understand & gather project requirement from client to define work schedule, tasks and allocate resources for efficient delivery of the project
• Prepare project documentation such as schedule, checklist, UAT document etc.
• Monitor and review project progress end-to-end to ensure milestones and objectives are met
• Co-ordinate with different team member to ensure on-time delivery of project
• Establish and maintain effectiveness with external communication and internal coordination
• Responsible for day-to-day project activities/meetings and serve as key person between client, multi-function
• teams and internal work counterparts
• Assist with preparation of training materials, conduct user training where required
• Assist with systems build and configuration (programming not required)
• Assist with systems testing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year relevant project management working experience and project development life cycle of website
• and web application development
• Practical experience in mobile or advertising agency industry would be an advantage
• Detail-minded with strong coordination skill
• Capable in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Presentable and posses good communication skills
• Be responsible, communicative, outgoing, self-motivated, well organized, strong problem solving and analytic
• skills
• Good team player who is at ease in a multi-cultural environment
• Comprehensive PC skill such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin a plus
• More experienced candidate may be considered as Senior Project Executive
