Responsibilities:

-  Assist in all-around assistance to the Supply Chain team in China to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods

-  Manage order placement, order scheduling, order follow up, order tracking and product claims

-  Coordinating shipping documents, custom declarations & insurance and freight costs

-  Participate in supply chain optimization projects, e.g. demand forecasting, shipping schedules, and freight costs

-  Manage the inventory level

-  Closely communicate and coordinate with warehouse team and operation team about the shipment and stock situation

-  Assist on the stock take process at retail stores

-  Handle end to end data entry in terms of vendor set up, item set up, PO in system and shipment processing

-  Clerical and administration support including data entry, filing, preparing reports for regular stock clearance and internal staff sales

Requirement:

-  Diploma or above

-  3-4 years working experience in supply chain 

-  Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese

-  Excellence in time management

-  Well organized and detail oriented with good communication and problem solving skill

-  Able to work independently and under pressure

-  Proficiency in computer skills of Microsoft Office Words, Excel and PowerPoint
