Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations and development of sales and purchasing department
• Supervise Sales & Marketing department and Purchasing department to increase company market share in cosmetic and skincare product
• Explore and secure new wholesale channels for company product
• Discover new up-and-coming popular product and assure its supply channels
• Gather the market information such as competitor activities and identify the new product trend in the market
• Perform active product life cycle management on company product portfolio
• Work closely with company senior management personnel to regularly update and communicate the performance of company product portfolio

Entry Requirement:

• Bachelor degree holder or higher.
• 10+ years in FMCG/cosmetic/ beauty/ skincare product sales channel and procurement experience.
• Proven 6+ years senior management experience.
• Distribution channel experience with chain stores and department stores in Mainland is an advantage.
• Strong sense in latest trend in cosmetic/ beauty/ skincare product.
• Proven track record of foreseeing up-and-coming popular product and market trend.
• Strong management and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of channel partner business model and how to best navigate for company growth.

Salary Offered:

HKD35,000 plus discretionary year end bonus upon completion of 12 months of service

• 統籌銷售部及採購部的日常運作及發展;
• 監督銷售部及採購部的運作以提升公司在護膚產品及化妝用品上的市場份額;
• 開拓及鞏固新的產品批發渠道;
• 為公司開拓新產品線及鞏固其供應鏈;
  收集最新市場資訊，例如市場競爭對手現況分析及市場上最新流行產品;
• 管理公司產品的市場定位及生命周期;
• 與公司高管人員緊密合作，定時滙報公司最新情況及產品銷情。

入職條件:

• 學士或以上學歷;
• 10年或以上FMCG/化妝品/美容/護膚或相關產品批發及採購經驗;
• 6年或以上高級管理經驗;
• 具有中國大陸連鎖百貨公司或連鎖店銷售渠道經驗者優先;
• 對最新的化妝品/美容/護膚產品具有強烈流行觸覺;
• 能準確預視最新流行產品及市場動向;
• 具備良好團隊管理及人際溝通技巧;
• 深入了解產品批發渠道的營運模式。

薪酬組合:

HKD35,000 加年終獎金（須服務12個月以上）
