Responsibilities:

• To assist in business development by approaching potential clients
• To prepare quotation and follow up contract
• To deliver quality customer services and handle customer enquiries
• To liaise with relevant parties for the overall arrangement of talks for outside organizations
• To provide logistics support to facilitate the implementation of promotional programmes
• To conduct market and customer surveys for corporate development
• To provide other administrative and clerical supports such as filing and inventory control
• To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 5/ DSE or above with 3 year work experiences in marketing/ sales/ business/ customer services preferably in health care or NGO sector
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, proactive, meticulous, organized with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong sales drive and customer service mindset
• Able to work independently, overtime and under pressure
• Committed and willing to work for a not-for-profit organization
• Fully conversant with MS office and CRM applications
