Responsibilities: 

• Understand the structure of the pharma business development process - possess experience in applying the wholesale dealer license, handling the import/export documentation and have good partnership with forwarders to handle pharmaceutical product delivery from oversea suppliers;
• Develop reliable supplier network and ensure effective and efficient pharmaceutical procurement;
• Fully responsible for the daily operation and work closely with Marketing team to achieve the sales target;
• Assist to set up the guidelines/layout for warehouse storage facilities of pharmaceutical products to ensure the product quality (temperature and humidity) which is under regulatory requirements;
• Assist to build up the effective inventory tracking record to meet the compliance obligation.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in related discipline;
• Over 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical companies;
• Good knowledge on pharmaceutical product with good understanding on good distribution practice (GDP);
• Familiar with pharmaceutical laws and Administration;
• Extensive sourcing experience of pharmaceutical products;
• Reliable and show attention to accuracy and detail;
• Energetic, determined, driven and hungry for success with a passion.
