Job purpose

The Digital Marketing Officer / Marketing Officer will be responsible for in managing and execute all aspects of content for Klarity Group’s website and social media channel, focus in digital marketing activities and online sales strategies to achieve sales target.

Duties and responsibilities

• To perform general digital marketing duties with focus in Digital & Social Media platforms, and handle marketing research;
• To manage and handle the co-operation with public celebrities and KOLs (Key Opinions Leaders);
• To assist in PR event preparation and to coordinate in event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design and production;
• To handle a customer relation management programs (online) with our potential & existing customer;
• To explore new ideas to drive and engage users and build social media presence. Handling the queries and discussion on social media;
• To perform webmaster and Social media administrator roles. Update website and production of all E-marketing materials regularly;
• To assist in handling the both ATL (Above The Line) & BTL (Below The Line) Advertising for Aesthetic supplement / lifestyle;
• To analyze and improve digital marketing plans while developing benchmarking for measuring the effectiveness of campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing/ Event Management/ Communications or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2-5 years experiences and knowledge in digital marketing and branding activities in services oriented / beauty/ well-being industry (eg: Spas, Gyms, Salons, Aesthetic products). Candidate with less experience will also considered ad Digital marketing assistant/ marketing assistant.
• Candidate who are knowledgeable in event organizing and be able to handle PR events will be added advantage.
• Able to create and maintain social media properties. Candidate with digital media content production expertise will be added advantage
• Familiar with the use of digital marketing tools & technologies such as CMS (Wordpress and Shopify), webpage design, SEO, SEM, and google analytics.
• Understand market trends and consumer behavior in Well-being industry
• Good project management skills, able to meet tight deadlines, detail oriented and able to multitask
• Possess good oral and written English communication skills, preferably with copywriting and editorial skills.
