DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Local, Mainland China and Overseas PR and marketing activities plus on-site event management and hospitality services;
• Press release, MC script, promotional materials, proposal and post-event report write-up;
• Liaise with clients and different vendors as for the implementation of PR events under the supervision of Marketing Manager;
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned;
• Book catering/ venues and arranging air tickets, hotel and car rental;
• Handle administrative duties for the team
• Support the other Copywriting & translation as and when required;

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred Degree in Journalism, Hotel Management, Communications or Marketing related discipline with minimum 1 year of experience in PR and Communications
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must.
• Able to handle multi tasks simultaneously with good time management
• Detailed minded with strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with people at different levels
• Occasional overtime and travel required;
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Outgoing, presentable and eager to learn;
• A good team player with enthusiasm
• Good PC skills and knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediately available is preferred
