The incumbent will be responsible for providing estate management services to Discovery Park (愉景新城) in Tsuen Wan.

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably major in Communication, Language, Marketing,   Estate Management or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Good spoken and written English & Chinese
• Computer literacy with good knowledge in Word Processing, Excel & Powerpoint
• Good analytical power and interpersonal skills
• Mature, pleasant and confident in dealing with people
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Immediate available is highly preferred;

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer – Estate)
