Job Highlights
- Regular brainstorm sessions and generate creative ideas
- 5 days work, flexible work hours
- Supervise and motivate the team (video editor, copywriters etc.) to help them deliver their ability and complete the task assigned
Responsibilities:
- Maintain steady flow of content
- Lead multiple projects, including online promotions such as Videos, Feeds, Websites, eDM, bas well as Facebook and IG content
- Supervise and motivate the team (video editor, copywriters etc.) to help them deliver their ability and complete the task assigned;
- Provide guidance and support to the team members;
- Collaborate with marketing team and lead the brainstorming to generate ideas
- Develop innovative ideas and monitor the result for future improvement;
- Provides fast turnaround of videos and images for web, social media, and news media requests.
- Communicating with other creative team members in brainstorming and developing new ideas
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above with major in Advertising, Multimedia, Visual Art or relevant fields;
- 5+ years of relevant experience of creative process, marketing, graphic design, video post-production and brand message development in digital agency is a must;
- 2+ years of experiences in supervision and leading creative role;
- Passion for social media, new technologies and design trends;
- Have excellent understanding of latest market trend, viral marketing campaign & recent social content
- Knowledge in graphic and video editing software such as AI, PS, Premiere or Final Cut etc;
- Strong people skills, leadership, organisation, delegation and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in fast-paced and cross-cultured environment
