Key responsibilities:

• Plan and implement communication strategies (press release, press kits) for media relations with appointed PR agency;
• Organize and execute trade show participation, promotional events for product launch, press conferences etc;
• Main good relationships with media;
• Promote the image of the Company;
• Develop and produce high-quality, informative, and interesting press releases, press kits, and related materials with appointed PR agency;
• Maintain good relationships with local and international media to increase organization awareness;
• Create and manage Events & PR budgets, deadlines, objectives, and schedules;
• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual media activity reports;
• Perform audience analysis and recommend optimized media solutions for clients;
• Create compelling presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and case studies to clearly communicate the media value proposition;
• Communicate effectively with both external and internal clients to complete project successfully;
• Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for clients;
• Build up sustainable business relation with clients for future cooperation.

Required skills

• Degree in public relations, journalism, business, marketing or related field;
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in PR, marketing, event planning or related field, with at least 5 years of management experience; Asia Pacific or international exposure would be an advantage;
• Knowledge in Blockchain Technology, ICO and STO would be an advantage;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for both English and Chinese, Mandarin would be a plus;
• Good relationship with regional and local media networks;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and results-oriented;
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Good working attitude, willingness to learn and adapt.
