RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to general day-to-day tasks of the Tod's PR department serving the APAC region
• Assist in daily inventory maintenance of showroom samples
• Responsible for input and update of SAP system on regional sample status
• Assisting in daily press enquiries and samples delivery
• Coordinate and deliver weekly email communications campaigns
• Data entry on various reports required
• Assist in coordination of events, press presentations and seasonal events
• Coordinate flow of information and communication for dissemination according to strategy
• Conduct extensive digital & social media monitoring
• Digital savvy in social media skills and digital platform
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Relations, Communications or related discipline
• 1 year relevant experience in retail
• Efficient & attention to details, meticulous, proactive, initiative and responsible
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, creative, self-discipline, able to work under pressure and to meet tight schedule
• Able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with good verbal presentation skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
