Responsibilities

• Support investor relations activities;
• Formulate and execute investor events including investor meetings, conferences, conference calls, road shows and site visits, etc.;
• Participation in preparing press releases, interim and annual reports, presentation materials, script, info kit and Q&A for meetings with analysts, investors and media, etc.;
• Handle enquiries from investors, financial analysts and media on a timely basis;
• Monitor and analyze the ongoing shareholder profile and shareholder structure;
• Update and maintain company website;
• Update and maintain investors & analysts database;
• Liaise with both external and internal parties frequently.

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably with major in Accounting and Finance;
• Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience of investor relations in listed companies preferably in property sector;
• Excellent writing & spoken skills in both English & Chinese (Mandarin is compulsory);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, detail-orientated and self-motivated;
• Occasional business trips may be required.
