Elion Resources Group is a leading private company in China and a world leader in environmental protection and desertification control recognized by UNEP. As the group’s overseas investment platform in Hong Kong, our core business activities include overseas business development, fund and asset management, overseas M&A, trading finance and advanced technology and project introduction etc. Currently, we are expanding new business in Fintech industry and looking for a high calibre to join us as the marketing manager who will be in charge of all our outward facing marketing activities.

The ideal person for this role must be an insights-driven marketer with proven ability to lead strategic efforts across our dynamic and complex organization and deliver tangible, impactful results.

This is a full-time management position that will be based in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global marketing strategies and campaigns to increase product awareness including Branding/PR/Digital;
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including communications, product, and partnership stakeholders, to deliver a cohesive narratives and integrated marketing moments;
• Coordinate the pan-Asia marketing events and act as the representative as well as speaker for all the events;
• Deliver clear and compelling presentation of strategies and ideas to inform and/or align executive stakeholders;
• Manage budgets and internal and external resources efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in  marketing or business-related disciplines;
•  3~5 years of marketing experience with strong interest in Fintech industries; experience in blockchain/crypto market a definite advantage;
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting;
• Positive attitude with the energy and drive to help our business grow;
• Presentable with excellent communication& interpersonal skills, fluency in speaking English is a must, Japanese or Korean is a plus;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
