Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and update the web page and social media accounts 
• Outline goals, define target audiences with appropriate social media platforms to convey client’s message
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content on all social media platforms that builds meaningful connections and encourage community members to response appropriately
• Continuously to improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data and insight, then acting on the information
• Collaborate with internal or external clients to initiate and execute campaigns on our social media channels 
• Assist clients to identify issues, trends and opportunities to the underlying sentiment 
• Provide instant support on problematic situations
• Formulation and implementation of sales/marketing strategies with action plans
• Handle ad hoc projects on request basis 

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or other related discipline
• Freshly graduated from related major studies to 2 years of relevant experience in social media management and digital content development
• Strong research and writing skills
• Experiences in agency, media or journalism would be advantages
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Experiences gained in digital marketing agency, news and media agency or in-house marketing would be advantages
• Strong familiarity with photography, Photoshop and Video editing are plus
• Adhere to strict deadlines, irregular working hours might be required subject to project needs
