Responsibilities:

- To do delegated work on high standard and follow up ad hoc project;

-  Assist Producer to execute film productions, such as references searching, location and talent scouting;

- Negotiate with suppliers to meet production budget;

- Organize production materials inventory control;

- Assist production works;

- Coordinate events and meetings with internal / external parties;

- Manage diary and travel schedule for Production

Requirements:

- Degree holder with minimum 3 years of working experience;

- Fresh graduates or less experience may be considered for the post of Production Assistant;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;

- Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Adobe Premiere will be an advantage;

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;

- Independent, detail-minded with good efficiency and well organized;

- Willing to learn, responsible, patient and able to work under pressure;

- Outgoing, creative, self-motivated and interested in film production;

- Occasionally travel will be required

- Immediate available is preferred
