Job Description

• Plan the social media strategy which aligns with brand attributes and key business objectives 

• Create, develop and execute content development in idea generation and copywriting. Work closely with design team in visual and graphics design

• Extract, identify and develop clients’ needs in social media intelligence & insights

• Manage social media community by replying comments and inbox on social media platform

• Maintain account management and contact with clients

• Provide insight and advice to clients on latest market happenings and updates

The Candidate

• University graduate, higher diploma or associate degree, preferably majoring in Advertising, Communication, Language, Marketing, New Media and Journalism

• At least 2-3 years of solid experience in social media project management and/or content development. Perfectly gained from an independent social media agency, digital agency or media. (We welcome candidates from 4As agencies, however, be reminded that NDN has its own philosophies, beliefs, and structure, which have big variations from 4A.

• Social media savvy and passionate to all new trends in social media

• Knowledge in Photoshop and/or AI is an advantage

• A proactive and self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills

• Fresh graduates with passion in social media are welcomed.
