Responsibilities

Liaise with clients regarding for the media projects’ briefing.

Responsible for project proposal, quotation, invoice issue and expense data entry for the project

Maintain proper and systematic filing system

Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Assist for general office administrative jobs to the Company

Requirements

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese Diploma/ High Diploma with at least 5 years relevant working experience

Well knowledge of media/video production is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills

Well-organised, mature and able to work independently under a tight schedule

Mature, independent, detail minded with strong sense of responsibility

Good at prioritising, strong initiatives & efficient in job completion

Proficient in PC operation including; Word, Excel, Outlook and Quick book
