We are currently seeking a high-caliber Senior Copywriter / Associate Creative Director (Copy Based) to join us and to cope with our rapid expansion. 

Responsibilities 

• Understand customers' needs to create outstanding strategies and copies that meet both quality and quantity requirements
• Develop and implement content strategies (in relevant formats) in order to grow and retain our user base, stimulate engagement, and conversions
• Collaborate with other teams to manage and coordinate campaigns and user engagement actions
• Liaise with artists, and photographers/videographers, directors to ensure timely production of assigned tasks
• Fulfill routine work requirements according to the guidance from team head; perform ad hoc projects as assigned 

 Requirements 

• University graduate in communications, public relations, journalism or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of professional experience in Chinese editing/copywriting/writing, executive speechwriting/correspondence (candidates with more experience may be considered for the higher position)
• Experience in digital media and/or exposure to 4As environment are preferred
• Strong research skills, including a broad understanding of online search engines
• Energetic, eager to develop a career in digital media
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
