職位描述：

1. 日常視頻新聞拍攝、編輯並回傳至編輯部；

2. 拍攝人物專訪，獨自完成拾音和燈光佈置；

3. 擔任視頻直播攝像，獨自操作攝像機和視頻傳輸設備；

4. 到突發事件新聞現場進行拍攝採訪；

職位要求：

1. 遵守中國憲法、香港基本法，擁護“一國兩制”，遵守新華社的規章制度，認同新華社的報導理念，無刑事犯罪記錄；

2. 香港特區永久居民或持有就業資格的香港特區簽注；

3. 具有專業視頻拍攝技能，熟練掌握Sony或松下專業攝像機操作，並能夠使用單反照相機拍攝視頻。至少一年專職新聞攝像工作經驗；

4. 可完獨立成視頻粗編，至少掌握主流視頻編輯軟體的一種，如Premiere, Edius或Finalcut；

5. 熟悉電視新聞的製作流程和相關設備；

6. 大學本科或以上學歷，具備普通話、粵語無障礙交流能力，具備英語日常交流的能力，熟悉常用辦公軟體；

7. 有團隊精神，願意與人合作，樂於助人；

8. 適應新聞工作者的彈性工作時間，可以接受休息日及重要假日，如春節、聖誕節加班；

9. 可以在突發事件新聞時緊急出差。

Cameraman

     The Cameraman will take charge of the whole news video production and editing process, from sound gathering, lighting, interviews, live shooting and reporting to data transmission. Candidates should have the ability to operate professional cameras e.g. Sony and LUMIX and video shoot with an SLR camera. Knowledge of major video editing applications is required, as is one-year work experience in news video production. Candidates should have abilities to work a flexible schedule.
