Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase order, quotation and price comparison
• Responsible for sourcing, maintaining suppliers and materials library
• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
• Liaise with vendors & contractors
• Data entry and provide general clerical support
• Work closely with internal parties to keep track & monitor inventory movement and purchasing needs
• Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• Form 5 or above with at least 1 years or above purchasing experience
• Familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Self-initiative, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn and independent
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
