• Bachelor Degree in Nursing with a valid practicing certificate from Hong Kong Nursing Council
• Possess qualification in Diabetes Management and Education
• Relevant experience in outpatient care in Diabetes Centre
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellence in communication, interpersonal and presentation (oral and written) skills
• Willingness to provide communication support to patients during non-office hours
• To support Specialist practice in both Hong Kong and Kowloon
