Job Responsibilities:

• Competent in various discipline beside core lab operation including Molecular Pathology and Microbiology is adventage.
• To maintain records and manages quality activities and laboratory testing activities as documented in procedures and test methods,
• To ensure testing/calibration services meet client's requirements and expectations in terms of accurate data interpretation, timeliness and technical standards,
• To maintain a proficient working team by recruiting, training and monitoring the staff,
• To review and sign test report/ calibration certificates,
• To provide technical consultation as required,
• To implement, maintain and improve the quality management system according to HOKLAS requirements,
• To report work progress, deficiencies or malfunctions to the top management,
• To liaise with client and respond to their inquiries,
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Registration with the Hong Kong or Overseas Medical Technologist Board Part I status.
• Bachelor Degree in Science/Biomedical Science or related disciplines, preferably with a Master’s degree;
• At least 3 years’ solid experience at laboratory supervisory level, preferably with experience in acting as approved signatory;
• Good common of written and spoken English and Chinese, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrated managerial and supervisory ability and well-developed leadership skills.
• Applicants with experience will be familiar with Automation Track System is highly preferred
