Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls and general customers enquirers
• Take orders, screen and direct telephone calls
• Perform office administrative and clerical works
• Provide professional customer service and accurate information to customers
• Maintain competent understanding of company products

 Requirements:

• Pleasant, mature and willing to learn.
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Higher Diploma or above
• Must have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and good commend in English 
• Knowledge and/or working experience with animals or science related subjects is preferred.
