Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to merchandising team

Lead the daily execution of merchandising activities.

Plan, organize and control the supplier chain in accordance with production schedule and quality requirements.

Analyze and monitoring the efficiency, costs and quality of the manufacture and take necessary remedial action.

Daily communication with Head office ensure the highly output in quality.

Responsible to cooperate the strategic planning for the product development and resources.

Developing and Sourcing potential vendors / suppliers

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree holder with experience in sizeable trading/buying office

Experienced to supervise merchandising team over 15 staff

Minimum 15 years’ experience in bags merchandising for EU/US market, in which 5 years at the same level

Strong product knowledge

Experience in serving EU/US buyers

Good management, supervisory and delegation skills

Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

Good command of written and spoken English and able to communicate in Mandarin
