Job Description:

• Manage daily orders via emails & ERP System
• Have a good communication skill with the customers, good follow up & monitor the goods delivery on schedule
• Report on weekly customer service activities, maintain accurate and timely reporting
• Prepare samples and quotation daily for customer request
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve high efficiency and ensure goods quality and payment term before goods release.
• Support project management to cross functional activity required for project execution.
• Able to present company products, identify the customer needs, and elaborate the details to the customers
• Able to handle shipment document independently if necessary
• Provide technical support to customer and problem solving for quality issue.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirement:

• F.7 or above & minimum 5 years solid working experience in trims / fabrics / garment merchandising.
• Good PC skills in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• initiative, hard-working, responsible, and energetic
• Well-organized, detail-minded and good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and work overtime is required at peak season.
• Capable to work independent for problem solving
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• 5 days work in Kwai Fong
