Job responsibilities:

• arrange dispatches for shipments and deliveries
• follow up customer orders status
• prepare shipping documents
• submit customs declaration
• prepare regular reports
• other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• with shipping experience will be advantage
• Self-motivated, patient, hard working and a problem solver
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Knowledge of garment trims, shipping experience and SAP is advantage but not necessary
• immediate availability is an advantage
