Our client is a Japanese Trading Company, to copy with their ongoing business expansion, they are inviting high caliber professional to join our team to meet the challenges ahead.

Responsibilities 

• Prepare quotations, invoices and shipping documents
• Follow up purchase order and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules
• Assist other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
• Provide administrative support and database maintenance

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Around 2 years relevant working experience
• Japanese speaking, JLPT N2 or above
• Good Command of English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, self-initiative
• Immediate available is preferred
