Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate holder
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in toys merchandising
• Responsible, detail-minded, energetic with proactive working attitude
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Conversant with computer skills including MS Word and Excel
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• liaise with vendors the production schedule
• Monitor production schedule till shipments
• Managing the stocks & material from master orders
• Handle customers order enquiry and liaise with vendors the production schedule.
• Order processing and follow up the orders with vendors till shipments.
• Production capacity planning.
• Managing the stocks from master orders and material authorizations with vendors.
• Production control and coordinate with China factories to ensure a smooth production and on time delivery.
• Prepare periodic reports for management review.
