Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and email enquiries on our services
• Provide after-sales services on our electrical home appliances
• Follow up customer enquiries and pass the case to technical team when necessary
• Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries and feedback cases
• Assist in managing inventory accuracy of stocks

Requirements:

• DSE or Diploma in business related disciplines
• 3 – 5 years’ customer services experience
• Experience in call center or handling electrical appliances is an advantage
• Customer-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Customer Services Executive
