Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily rate request and related pricing inquires in close coordination with carriers for Ocean,
2. Maintain effective communication & good relationships with carriers and overseas agents
3. Prepare pricing quotation to agents/customers, make sure the latest rates updated to overseas agent partner
4. Collaborate with internal parties to align on pricing strategy in order to assist the trade Manager for the trade development
   
   

Key Criteria:

• Diploma/ Degree Holder, graduates in Logistics with 2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry is an advantage
• Knowledge or experience in Latin America trade lanes operations or pricing structure will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service oriented mindset
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel
• Candidate with more relevant experiences will be considered in a higher position, Senior Trade Executive or Assistant Trade Manager
